There has been no response from ChatGPT support regarding a bug in ChatGPT Teams:
- I am a Teams user
- I’ve already contacted support last Friday and used the code “nginx” to get the Chatbot to escalate this problem to a human.
- I’m being blocked from file uploads
- The chatbot refuses to escalate
- It’s preventing me from doing my work and getting the functionality of my teams license.
GPT4 told me to post this message on this Community board because someone in support might see it.
Please help
