ChatGPT Sites publishing is blocked and the failure is an HTTP 409 during SIWC registration.
An existing saved version cannot be published. Although the live site remains operational, we have critical form corrections cannot be deployed.
Support has reproduced/documented the problem and escalated it but it has been 2 weeks without resolution.
Has anyone experienced the same conflict or knows which Sites team should review it?
