Yeah, during a voice conversation, tap the plus button and choose Share Screen from the pop-up menu.

Yes, many have looked at that document today, and the only thing a button opens up to that has 3 dots is 'change audio output.
Apps are updated, and that document doesn’t lead any of us to be able to screenshare, unfortunately.

The document incorrectly states which button has it, is the plus sign, not the button with 3 dots.
