I’m a ChatGPT Plus subscriber using the account rhino7115@gmail.com. The Web Browsing (Telescope) feature was removed from my account without any warning.
I followed every step from support: logged in, reinstalled, provided screenshots, app version, device info, and even confirmed my payment. Still, the feature is missing. Support keeps asking for more info and now attempts to close the ticket.
This is unacceptable for a paid product. I did everything right—why am I the one chasing support, explaining again and again?
OpenAI, please take responsibility and restore the feature immediately. I paid for this. Don’t let this be a one-sided contract.
