Same here, I’ve paid twice and still have a standard. Support is not replying.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this or contact OpenAI? They aren’t responding to any emails, whether through support or refunds. I don’t know what more to do at this point.
i was trying for days to upgrade, it wouldnt let me. now its locked out and says they not accepting upgrade. just my fking luck
