Same here! But my account is through google sign in so I assumed that was an issue…

Probably not a Google sign in issue - I cleared cache, opened incognito window, rebooted, etc. Still getting the same error!

Thanks for sharing. I just don’t understand why they don’t post the problem in the login page. Why make everyone wonder and get pissed off?

I signed up a week or so ago as a subscriber and am now paying for a service I can no longer access? Not good ChatGPT.

So annoying. I don’t have much time to work today and it seems like I’m not going to be able to GPT at all today.

The update says that “paid” traffic has been restored. Is that GPT Plus? Because I pay for Plus but can’t anything to work anywhere.

There is another post https://community.openai.com/t/chatgpt-plus-subscriber-login-error-payment-history/109545 discussing this issue and indicating that their accounts had been reverted to a free account, and the billing history is lost. Is that the case this group is seeing too?

That is my situation yes. I have no billing info and got downgraded, I have an email saying I am upgraded and paying. But I managed to cancel so…

I was able to login. However, my account now says I only have a “Free Plan”. WTF!?
I paid for GPT Plus. What the hell is going on?

Dunno, but my sub is active, and has no issue. I can login now but I can’t use the tool just yet.

New situation, I can now get a login link emailed to me, however when I try the link and click login, I get the following message:

The issue is everyone is trying to hammer servers, that are not hosted by Microsoft, Google or Amazon. You do realize these are their own DC servers, so they don’t have the staff in a standard NOC to fix a lot of these issues right away.

I’m sure it will be up soon, maybe in an hour.

Same issue. They should decrease availability to the public to ensure it’s up and running for paid consumers.

I just got access. It still says that I can’t use it. And that the maximum messages I can send are 25 messages over three hours… what a nightmare. Hopefully they figure out what’s going on.

Plus member and still can’t get into my conversation history or store any current chat. Has anyone gotten all the way back in yet?
