ChatGPT Plus subscriber login

I’ve been experiencing this issue as well. The website is not generating personalized links for paid subscribers. Perhaps users could login in advance of access the tool so the servers are able to differentiate between paid subscribers and free users. I paid for this tool because it was supposed to be available even during peak times. Now, during a peak time, I am unable to login. I couldn’t cancel my account even if I wanted to. Echoing the sentiments of many users above: this is disappointing and unacceptable for paid subscribers.

Same problem, and it’s really frustrating when you pay for a service and it’s not working when you go to use it.

same deal, i pay for plus because supposedly that would prevent you from without chatgpt when it’s down and nothing, unable to send me that login link, only get this error:

Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

Same here, paid member getting the error when I enter my email address for Plus sign-in link - “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com ." However, zero “help” on that link…only contains some prefab articles on GPT use, no real contact to anyone or anybot that could help.

The help bot that is supposed to help isn’t even that helpful either.

Same issue. I hope there will be some kind of explanation/consideration from OpenAI. Thank you for working on this!

Same here! But my account is through google sign in so I assumed that was an issue…

Probably not a Google sign in issue - I cleared cache, opened incognito window, rebooted, etc. Still getting the same error!

Thanks for sharing. I just don’t understand why they don’t post the problem in the login page. Why make everyone wonder and get pissed off?

I signed up a week or so ago as a subscriber and am now paying for a service I can no longer access? Not good ChatGPT.

So annoying. I don’t have much time to work today and it seems like I’m not going to be able to GPT at all today.

The update says that “paid” traffic has been restored. Is that GPT Plus? Because I pay for Plus but can’t anything to work anywhere.

See this update. No where does it say anything about Plus getting access over others. You can see the report on OpenAI’s status system: https://status.openai.com/incidents/jq9232rcmktd

There is another post https://community.openai.com/t/chatgpt-plus-subscriber-login-error-payment-history/109545 discussing this issue and indicating that their accounts had been reverted to a free account, and the billing history is lost. Is that the case this group is seeing too?
