# Chatgpt plus issue. Need help

i paid for chatgpt plus on PC and have acces to chatgpt 4-o, but on my android app, it only lets me use the free version and asks me to pay again

pLEASE HELP

“Sign Out” of the Android app.

Go into your device setting’s application manager, and delete all app data for the ChatGPT app. In storage, both “clear data” and “clear cache”.

Ensure you are using the same authentication mechanism as on the web when you then log in again.

been there . done that. still doesn’t work
