I recently bought the ChatGPT Plus subscription to have access to GPT4 and GPT 3.5 even when the website is at full capacity, It simply does not work, instead of the email being sent, I am met with this error : “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
This is really disappointing it almost feels like a scam.
