Hi Open AI team!

I would like to suggest introducing a ChatGPT Plus Family plan.

For many households, paying the full Plus subscription price separately for each family member is a significant expense. I would personally be very interested in a family plan structured something like this:

- 29 CAD/month for the primary account holder + one additional family member.

- Additional family members could be added for approximately 14 CAD/month per user.

- Maximum of 5 family members per household.

- Each family member would have their own separate OpenAI account, conversations, memory, files, settings, and privacy.

- The family subscription would simply provide Plus-level access to each individual account under one household billing arrangement.

- The primary account holder would manage billing and family members, but would not have access to other family members’ private conversations.

For example:

2 people: 29 CAD/month

3 people: 43 CAD/month

4 people: 57 CAD/month

5 people: 71 CAD/month

This would make ChatGPT Plus much more attractive for families while still allowing OpenAI to receive substantially more revenue from a household than from a single individual subscription.

I would personally be very likely to subscribe to such a plan. I currently find paying for separate subscriptions for family members to be a significant monthly expense, whereas a properly designed Family plan at this price level would be an easy decision.

I believe this could also encourage Free users who currently hesitate to upgrade because they would otherwise need to purchase multiple individual subscriptions for their household.

Please consider this as a feature and pricing request for the ChatGPT product team.
