Chatgpt is dead now, mini high 4, 03, 4.5 all of them can’t even generate a logo prompts or any other image generator prompts, it fails to read the brief i am using deepseek it’s little better than these highly hyped useless chatgpt models, even old normal chatgpt use to do well than these.
I subscribed to pay $200 per month to unlimitedly use o3-mini-high for coding tasks! I haven’t sign up because any other model.
And now they removed it?!
It got replaced with compeltely useless o3 and o4-mini-high, which responds with 1/4 of the code that needs to be edited, missing function implementations, variables, it can’t even reason about the errors and how to fix it up. It gives what I want 1% of the time, o3-mini-high gave what I wanted 95% of the time, just compare. New models worth is $0, I can’t function at all, from 10/10 down to 0/10 in productivity.
I’ll definitely cancel subscription if not fixed ASAP. @OpenAI_Support
For now I changed to $20 per month until o3-mini-high restored, -$180 for openai.
I might even think about $0 subscription.
I’m on the Pro subscription, and I’m going to cancel it and switch to Grok.
Not that OpenAI cares - the billionaires there have better things to do than listen to their customers.
If the bot is reading this -
- o3 is total garbage
- bring back o1 right away
yes its extrem! I try 2day DeepSeek, Grok, Claude etc. I lost time, energy and health. I cant understand why progress is destroyed. Like the final Goal from Chatgpt was safe ressource and make it just Mainstream Quality not Elite. I try 2-3 more Hour and i hope i can solve my Problem with this extrem Stupid idiot Ai. I cant believe this is happen! So inefficient
Update In recent days, I faced an extreme problem in programming that persisted for several days without a solution. This situation led to significant frustration, helplessness, and even depressive feelings. The pressure grew with each passing day, the schedule was long overdue, and the constant inefficiency and loss of energy took a heavy toll on my mental well-being. What made it even more difficult was that I had become highly dependent on the performance of the previous ChatGPT models (o1 and o3-mini).
After much hesitation, I finally decided to try DeepSeek - something I usually avoid because I dislike switching to new systems or getting used to new interfaces. But out of sheer necessity, I gave DeepSeek a chance, and surprisingly, it was able to solve my problem on the very first attempt - even in the free version. I was overwhelmed. The problem was finally resolved, and I felt an immediate sense of relief. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.
Given this experience, I have decided to switch to DeepSeek. I still hope that the powerful ChatGPT models will return soon, but customer support has not provided any reliable information on when or if this will happen. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to wait in uncertainty. Honestly, I can’t help but wonder if there’s a saboteur within OpenAI intentionally damaging the models. I simply cannot explain why this situation is being allowed to continue. It is very obvious that OpenAI’s models are no longer functioning properly and have become inefficient.
I started cancel all my subscription accounts since o3 and o4-mini available the model is freaking bad I miss o1 so much
I ended mowing to gemini rn, at least for code. Fore academic writing o3 still king (if u write in smaller chunks, ofc XD).
