can someone help me, my chatgpt doesn’t work anymore after making a api passkey for carettab to have a chatgpt widget for me. I don’t know what to do and all my history is gone.
I’m not customer support, but I have an idea.
Maybe you can try logging in on the app to check if the history is still there. This would let you rule out that the problem is with the browser or widget.

Did you make an api key on platform.openai.com, or are you talking about an api key for some third party app that you plugged into a custom GPT?
If you’re on the normal chat.openai.com and seeing what you’re seeing, it’s possible that this particular bug is completely unrelated. The problem with your history being gone might be resolved by logging out and back in as @proxy suggested, or deleting cookies and storage (unfortunately) for the app if that doesn’t work.

I had the same problem, and I tried to open it with Microsoftedge, and now it is working.
