I have had the same issue as OP for over 2 weeks now. Multiple emails to support with no response. I have cleared the cache, different browsers, different computers, and computers in different countries (tested from work jump boxes in other countries), but it is still not working.

ChatGPt works again after 2 weeks not working at all … i haven’t done anything special … i guess it’s the problem they had with some accounts (leaked personal data) and it took them a while to fix

I had that same thing happen a couple of days ago, everything seemed back in order. But as soon as I refreshed my browser, everything was gone again. It’s been over a week now with no history available.
