ChatGPT not loading history and cant ask questions

Same here.

After checking out the dev tools I found multiple 500 errors and the message “Unable to load account”.

It’s an amazing tool and I hope they fix it soon.

True. I tried Bard, and it is definitely not up to speed yet.

Same here and since 19th March,plus subscriber.

I have the same problem since several days. Before it was showing not working , no continues unable to load history. tested on several different account , works perfectly fine . but not in my case

Good news my history and chat seems to be finally fixed, It seems like there going through and fixing the accounts.

For anyone worried about there old history getting deleted, I can also confirm that its still there for me. So the fix right now seems to be to continue using a alternate account until they fix your old account.

@logankilpatrick Hello, do you guys have been acknowledged about this issue ?

Still facing the following issues for a few days now:

  1. History not loading.
  2. Send not working
  3. ChatGPT Plus paid subscription missing. Shows as being on free plan though have record and orderid of the subscription

Unable to access any support for these issues, beyond trying to get the Help bot allow me to describe the problem outside of its automated conversation!! Impossible.

I did this too, then reached the limit of the conversation it seems. Cant advance anymore.

@logankilpatrick its been a week of reaching out and no one is acknowledging or responding. Most people are paying customers. It’s fairly outrageous. Losing faith…

Just to keep the thread going. It’s been another day I can’t use what I paid for with zero communication from the ‘provider’ on the issue. 5 days…

Subscription cancelled…


The one convo i was able to keep is now too long i guess lol

…except the ‘provider’ has communicated the problem as recently as yesterday, it’s just that it hasn’t been completely resolved yet. I’m anxious too to get back into my ChatGPT PLUS account once it has been properly secured, but I know canceling my subscription won’t expedite the fix. Especially when I expect subscribers to be fully compensated for this outage of service.

March 20 ChatGPT Outage

I tried clearing my history (arrrg) but that still did not get upgraded to Plus. It just gives me an error.
I can use regular chatGPT now but I was already able to do that before I cleared my conversation history. So if your only problem is the upgrade, clearing your conversations does not appear to help.

I am a Plus subscriber that logs in with my Google account. I have not had access to my history for nearly a week, and no new conversations are showing in history.
Is there a timeline for this repair?
Is there a way to log in without Google, and would that solve the issue?

I do expect that there will be some kind of compensation for this loss.

I suppose they are so busy with all the developments that this issue, which probably affects only a small percentage of millions of users, is not going to be fixed any time soon. I’ve seen screenshots from others that has a message claiming that “the history is restored for all users now”. Chances are, they don’t even know about our problem, and the messages to support are buried too deep. I’ll simply cancel the subscription, create another account, and buy another subscription there. This account just “broke”.
