Yup this is still happening to me, 4 days now. Pretty frustrating and makes the tool pretty annoying to use
I am also a paying user and it has been almost 5 days now, approaching a week, and I still cannot access my conversation records. This is terrible. I paid for the service but I am not receiving the corresponding benefits? Please restore the conversation records for paying users. Your silence gives me the impression that you do not care about the conversation records issue for paying users. This is not an isolated case, but a very important issue that affects many of us. Please address this as soon as possible !

After checking out the dev tools I found multiple 500 errors and the message âUnable to load accountâ.
Itâs an amazing tool and I hope they fix it soon.

I have the same problem since several days. Before it was showing not working , no continues unable to load history. tested on several different account , works perfectly fine . but not in my case
Good news my history and chat seems to be finally fixed, It seems like there going through and fixing the accounts.
For anyone worried about there old history getting deleted, I can also confirm that its still there for me. So the fix right now seems to be to continue using a alternate account until they fix your old account.

Still facing the following issues for a few days now:
- History not loading.
- Send not working
- ChatGPT Plus paid subscription missing. Shows as being on free plan though have record and orderid of the subscription
Unable to access any support for these issues, beyond trying to get the Help bot allow me to describe the problem outside of its automated conversation!! Impossible.
I did this too, then reached the limit of the conversation it seems. Cant advance anymore.

âŚexcept the âproviderâ has communicated the problem as recently as yesterday, itâs just that it hasnât been completely resolved yet. Iâm anxious too to get back into my ChatGPT PLUS account once it has been properly secured, but I know canceling my subscription wonât expedite the fix. Especially when I expect subscribers to be fully compensated for this outage of service.
I tried clearing my history (arrrg) but that still did not get upgraded to Plus. It just gives me an error.
I can use regular chatGPT now but I was already able to do that before I cleared my conversation history. So if your only problem is the upgrade, clearing your conversations does not appear to help.
