I have downloaded the ChatgPT for Mac. I am having MAC with Apple M1 Max and 64GB with 8TB storage built in , and running Apple OS. Version 15.0 Beta (24A5298h). When I try to open the APP after installing it immediately crashes and reports , that the information is sent to Apple . I have tried rebooting but to no avail . Any inputs would be welcome .
Hello: Same here. The app (which I’ve had for a long time) crashes on launch and sends a report to Apple. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still doesn’t work. However, the web version is operational.
One strange thing: it crashes on my Mac Studio M1 Max but not on my MacBook Air M1… At least, not yet.
Thank you if you can look into why this is happening — I’ve gotten used to my virtual assistant!
I am having the exact same problem. It was working fine and suddenly the Mac OS app crashes on launch and sends a report to Apple. I’ve tried unstalling and reinstalling, but it doesn’t fix it. Any help would be great!
