I’m using the ChatGPT macOS app. When I invoke ChatGPT using a shortcut in full-screen mode, the input method suggestion box does not appear when I type in Chinese, making Chinese input very inconvenient.

I’m facing the same issue. Plus, composition texts often disappear when using Chinese typing method, which makes it hard to input correctly.
