# chatGPT is processing Markdown literal output as formatting

I was asking chatGPT about glob pattern `*` and about meaning of life (42 is ASCII for asterisk) and when he was replying the asterisk from his output was disappearing and the text was italic.

Inside parentheses () there was supposed to be an asterisk but it disappeared when the next asterisk appeared.
