Issue Description

While using the built-in transcription feature in the ChatGPT iOS app, I dictated a message and pressed the checkmark to complete the transcription. However, instead of transcribing my intended text correctly, the app generated repeated text referencing “ChatGPT, OpenAI, DALL·E, GPT-4” multiple times. The actual words I dictated were completely different from what was outputted.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the ChatGPT app on iOS.
  2. Use the built-in voice transcription feature.
  3. Dictate a message (not containing references to “ChatGPT, OpenAI, DALL·E, GPT-4”).
  4. Press the checkmark to finalize the transcription.
  5. Observe the output—repeated, unintended text appears instead of the dictated content.

Expected Behavior

The app should transcribe my spoken words accurately without injecting or repeating unrelated phrases.

Additional Information

Disclaimer: I used ChatGPT to help me write this bug report. I did search for a similar issue on the forum and didn’t see anything that matched the experience I had here. I’m happy to be corrected if wrong!

Same thing on most of my devices it’s sometimes does this
“This transcript contains references to ChatGPT, OpenAI, DALL·E, GPT-4, and GPT-4. This transcript contains references to ChatGPT, OpenAI, DALL·E, GPT-4, and GPT-4.”
I just got this on my MacBook Pro running MACos 15.3.1 (24D70) and chatGPT app version Version 1.2025.057 (1741115522)

Mine did this too. In a transcript directly before it said “This transcript contains text that may not be appropriate for some audiences. Please note that this transcript contains text that may not be appropriate for some audiences. This transcript contains text that may not be appropriate for some audiences.” I said nothung renotely like that.
