ChatGPT Improvements With the goal of providing a better user/customer experience

Dear OpenAI Team,

I would like to share feedback about an experience that left me genuinely disappointed, along with a suggestion that I believe would significantly improve ChatGPT.

I asked ChatGPT to create a visually appealing World Cup knockout bracket using only official, up-to-date match results. My expectation was a professional infographic similar to those published by FIFA or major sports media outlets.

ChatGPT was able to find the correct information, but every generated image contained incorrect matchups, wrong scores, inaccurate dates, or invented details. After several attempts, it became clear that the issue was not the model’s ability to research or reason—it was the limitation of the image generation system when dealing with structured diagrams containing a large amount of precise text.

What made this particularly frustrating was that ChatGPT itself explained that, if it had access to a programmable vector graphics editor (similar to Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Inkscape), it could generate the bracket manually using the verified data instead of relying on an image model that hallucinates text and layouts.

I strongly believe this capability would be a major improvement to ChatGPT.

Please consider integrating a vector-based graphics engine or a programmable design tool that would allow ChatGPT to create accurate diagrams, brackets, timelines, flowcharts, maps, organizational charts, and other structured visual content directly from verified information.

This would solve one of the biggest weaknesses I encountered. ChatGPT is already excellent at researching, organizing, and explaining information, but it currently cannot reliably transform that information into a polished visual document without introducing factual errors.

As a customer, I would much rather wait a few extra minutes for a manually constructed, pixel-perfect infographic than receive a beautiful-looking image containing incorrect information.

I hope you consider this feature. I genuinely believe it would make ChatGPT dramatically more useful and significantly improve customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your continued work and for considering this suggestion.
