Honestly, how many years has ChatGPT been out now.
It’s a travesty that you still haven’t fixed the frontend implementation of the chat experience. This is a paid feature, a billion dollar corporation, and you can’t even make the UI not freeze in the browser because the page becomes too long? Come on.
Yeah i dont think it can keep up with my projects, constant restarts like others said to see the answers, its like a full close and reopen is quicker than waiting. Gonna try 4.1 for a while
If it goes in this way, ChatGPT will become a failure story. It’s really annoying, Frequently freezing, asking the same questions repeatedly to provide an answer
I’m having this issue only with my paid account, the free account works smoothly. Who’s responsible for this, and can you please fix it as soon as possible?
The same for me! What a time loss….I am losing productivity because of the waiting time of about 5-10 minutes after every prompt. Crazy!
I am having same problem, after every query even the simplest one it hangs , need to wait for more than 2-3 minutes to get reply for very simple queries
Just one more person raising his hand. My standard process to avoid getting warnings that the page is hanging up the browser is, ask question, close browser, open browser, navigate to thread, read answer. Something is wrong here.
I accidently put copy image and I removed the image, now it’s frozen up and when I exit and go back in it won’t let me fix it, I’m a sitting duck rn
Yeah, this has been happening for some time, possibly a few months. ChatGPT takes time to reply and then hangs up. And then a pop-up comes, saying “ChatGPT is not responding,” and then I have to refresh the site to get the answer, and that also doesn’t work every time. The CPU usage also skyrockets during this time period.
