ChatGPT - doesn't understand how many days there are in each month of a Gregorian Calendar!

I have had MANY chat’s with ChatGPT and it has generated incorrect answers. I get that it is learning BUT - I would expect, surely it is programmed to know how many days there are in each month of the Gregorian Calendar, from day one of its creation and release for public use and consumption!

When I asked it to tell me how many days there were between 22 May and 2 October, it gave me 2 wrong answers and was never going to get it right, until I pointed out the obvious mistake:
