I have paid a subscription for Chat GPT Pro, on April 3rd. Can’t use PRO last 5 days.
It doesn’t recognize as if I have GPT Pro, it recognizes me as a FREE member.
I have contacted support many times but only AI answers, no real human.
Do you know how to contact the real support and solve this? Or get refund and then pay again? PLEASE HELP because I need this for work like yesterday
