I was working on GPT3.5 today, and I decided to buy a PLUS plan, I paid 20USD via credit card. Then I started to use it. I uploaded a long file and asked it to summarize it. Then it did not respond. Just an empty bar. I gave new prompts but it did not work. Any idea?
