My Plus account was updated today to the new ChatGPT4 version, but I cannot use e.g. the pdf upload or DALL-E.
On another account I have, all works just fine. Is this a known bug?

No, unfortunately not. I found out that the model is an old one, see screenshot. It works just fine in my other account but on this account the only thing that still works other than text generation is image analysis. Weird. Also got zero feedback from support.
