ChatGPT can't make a PDF file, plz help me

I’m writing a book with GPT. And my GPT says it is fully written and safely stored in the Canmore document system. But GPT says the system’s export engine (for PDF, DOCX, and Markdown) is currently disabled by ‘UnrecognizedFunctionError’.

I tried so many times but have never got a complete file from GPT. How can I fix it?
Do I have to wait for an endless time…? until they fix this problem…?
