I am reporting a recurring ChatGPT Android conversation-loading bug.

Observed behavior: When I open certain existing conversations in the official Android app, the conversation does not load. The screen remains blank and displays:

“Network connection lost. Attempting to reconnect…”

This has occurred with more than one existing conversation, not a single isolated chat.

Support case #15423821 has been escalated to a support specialist. I am posting the reproducible bug here as well so the technical issue is documented and visible.

I am reporting a recurring product bug, not requesting generic connectivity troubleshooting.

Maybe the servers are full when you chat, if you chat at approximately the same hours

this does not appear to be a general server-capacity issue. The problem is specifically that certain existing conversations fail to load in the Android app. I have reproduced this with more than one conversation and have an escalated OpenAI Support case (#15423821) for the issue.
