ChatGpt and OpenAI Account Team email invitations are not working

We are trying to add our team to account but they are not receiving the invitation emails. We tried all the below steps but no luck. OpenAI support representative asked us to open a thread in community for help.

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folders: Ensure that the invitation emails are not being filtered into the spam or junk folders of the recipients.

  2. Resend Invitations: Sometimes, resending the invitation can resolve the issue. You can do this from the Team section of your Account Settings.

  3. Correct Email Addresses: Double-check that the email addresses you are sending invitations to are correct and match the intended recipients.

  4. Domain Verification: If your organization uses a custom email domain, ensure that it is verified. This can sometimes affect the delivery of invitation emails.

  5. Multiple Workspaces: If you have multiple team workspaces, ensure that you are sending the invitations from the correct workspace. You can switch between workspaces by hovering over your organization’s name on the top-left of the page and selecting the appropriate workspace from the list.

  6. Account Creation: Ensure that the invited members have created an account with OpenAI. They will need to sign up at OpenAI Platform before they can accept the invitation.

None of these solutions provided above help in any way. Team Invite is not working currently. We need a fix asap.
Problem: Individuals are receiving a invite into their gmail accounts. Upon activation they are told to sign in to be added into the workspace. After they sign in, there is no change in their account.

If anyone has any solution please reply.

OpenAI Support team asked me to create new email account and try but still no luck. OpenAI Support manually sent invite but still not received. I am not sure how can we trust this platform without having any kind of troubleshooting and monitoring.
OpenAI should take this seriously and start addressing the customer issues and help customers to be able to successfully implement OpenAI in their environment.
