My chat gpt always response using chatgpt 4 even i switch the model in ChatGPT 4o canvas or ChatGPT o1

When you select a model you work on that model. But ChatGPT does not know its model.

But even i prompt “start canvas” it didn’t generate canvas even im in gpt 4o canvas
Even i use chatgpt 1o preview it should take a second to respond right? But after i enter a prompt complex problems such us code, theres no indication like “thinking”, it responded fast and inaccurate
I just tried on an iPhone 14 Chrome web browser, it worked. Can you try the prompt I used please. But start with new conversation window. Do not use recent used chat window with CahtGPT 4o with canvas
Ir work on mobile, the problem occurred when using PC
I also tested it on the Chrome browser on my PC, and it worked fine.
Do you have any extensions installed on your browser?
Try disabling or removing extensions, particularly those related to ChatGPT, ad blockers, antivirus, or malware protection.
And, clearing your browser history and cookies may help.

Hello. I have the same problem as johnleyengyo26, chatgpt responds normally only in the ChatGPT app on iOS, I even tried to change the browser, IP address, cleaned cookies, cache, nothing helps, chatgpt still responds like 4o even if you select o1-preview, I even downloaded the app from the Microsoft Store, but ChatGPT responds equally as 4o, cannot create images, view files, watch the Internet, although everything is included!!!
The same problem, wrote to support. Hope they will fix it, a small number of people encountered this bug, it’s nonsense.
Its still not working mate, i only use ChatGPT mobile for prompting in different Model of ChatGPT such as o1-preview and o1-mini and etc…
