I am just informed by the support person that I LOST ALL MY WORK on a chat I was using. I lost all the Knowledge I provided into this chat, all the CONTEXT and all the HISTORY of this ongoing work! Support say I reached the maximum number of token a single chat can use. Really???
With NO WARNING, it stopped and now I lost everything. The suggestion is to start a new chat/conversation… Is this support person for real? (AI?)
Why is OpenAI NOT providing a WARNING or STATUS on this LIMITATION of their ChatGPT product? Any other paying clients losing ALL their WORK like this??? Without WARNING?
This is amazing… No AI in there to let me know ahead of time… oops.
