Hi ChatGPT was working fine 3 days ago but then it got really slow. So I upgraded to the $200 a month pro. Now nothing works. It just keeps freezing up with its circle prompt and then the “Regenerate” button appears. I don’t want it to lose the context and memory of what I have been working on so am reluctant to clear the caches etc. I am working on the latest version of the Desktop App in Windows 11. Please help as am working to a urgent deadline and getting java coding help so urgently need this resolved. Also this started to happen after the Desktop App updated itself to the latest version.
