I have the same problem. I only bought premium for this functionality and since yesterday it is not working which makes it useless for me. Please fix it asap.

Same here. Also it won’t read text-only. It was working fine with a handwritten tabulated timesheet earlier in the week with great accuracy.

I’m experiencing same issues with ChatGPT-4’s image recognition, crucial for my math practice. Until recently, it worked perfectly, but it’s currently non-functional

Good News, I just tried again, it seems to be working fine for me now. It appears the issue has been resolved. I recommend giving it another try on ur end & see if its working 4 u as well.

same few days ago it perfectly described a drawn picture and gave tips on improvement suprisingly very accurately and now its just dead

Right after it told me can’t see images, if I tell it to open the image and interpret the text by itself, it suddenly works.
