Im also experiencing similar issues. The image processing feature was working perfectly fine for me until recently. Has anyone reached out to OpenAI’s support or found any updates on the situation? It would be great if this can be resolved soon.

Actually had the audacity to ask me to describe the image. Fucking reverse uno’d me.

Random guess but I’m thinking this is related to the back-end auth issues. Whatever service they use to read the image is refusing and there is no error handling for it.

The technical debt is REAL

I have the same problem. I only bought premium for this functionality and since yesterday it is not working which makes it useless for me. Please fix it asap.
