Solved my problem following your steps, thanks alot

I had several conversations saved and I didn’t want to delete the whole com.openai.chat folder from ~/Library/Application Support. Instead I listed the contents of the conversations folder by date and deleted the last 2 conversations (from today). That fixed the issue. There must have been something in one of the conversations it took offence to.

Hey all! Totally get why that’s frustrating. 

The best workaround right now is:

  1. Log out / log back in the ChatGPT iOS app.
  2. Uninstall / reinstall the ChatGPT iOS app.
  3. Disable your VPN.
  4. Update to the latest version of the iOS app in the App Store

Advanced debugging to try if the error persists:

  1. Change your iOS DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 - use these instructions.
  2. If there are still errors then open Safari browser and go to https://register.appattest.apple.com/. Open a Support conversation with us be sure to share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing i.e. “Safari can’t open the page because the address is invalid” or any other error you’re seeing.

Hey guys! I don’t know if this helps but what worked was changing the hour to “automatic” in my phone (I had it +5min).

Weird cause it had always been that way.

Anyways I did everything of the above but didn’t dot it for me, kept me logged out until I changed the hour… I had both “unusual activity” and “TLS error”.
