The chat interface with the support team does not pop up everytime I click on the “chat with us” on OpenAI’s webpage. Nor does the “send us message” option work for me as well.

You should see an icon on the bottom right, it will open an interface where you can message them, other than that you can try to email them at support@openai.com or visit discord.
