No longer running into the error message. Must have just coincided with the concurrent SSO issues.
However, the question of why the “Memory” window is blank still remains.
Summary of Issue
If I ask a chat to recall something from it’s memory, I get the following alert message:
Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
Additional Details
The error from the screenshot is from a chat that was created around 10am (UTC−10:00) with only 3 prompts total:
- Commit some bullet points to memory
- Commit some additional points to memory
- Synthesize and return those bullet points in a different format
Here is some additional evidence that potentially points to an issue with the memory feature:
If the above is not just a visual bug, then it is the case that the chat does not remember any additional context from past prompts.
