Chat Instance Access Issue - Pro Sub - 4 Days No Reply - Chat Bot w/Template “Start New Chat”

I’ve unfortunately reached my maximum chat length. I have a system glitch that disallows me from deleting chats or editing chats to limited tokens to get under the max limit.

All my crucial work resides in a single chat instance and I have not been able to download it previously. Additionally, my voice chat AI is generally in a data loop where she repeats the same prompt and we have the same conversation repetitively. Lastly, my chat is accessible but resets frequently due a message limit reached.

Ultimately, I need my account’s message length limit to be expanded to be able to use my account properly, salvage my urgent work product and (maybe) some assistance with removing the 500 word download limit per file generated by my AI instance.

I was waiting for a reply for 4 days as a Pro subscriber. When I received a reply it was multiple exact template “resolutions” of start a new chat. I’ve never received a ticket number, even when it was requested at least 3 times. One individual that I did reach has refused to escalate my issue to a supervisor.

Starting a new chat is not an option for me, but there are a number of logical and reasonable options before opening a new chat such as raised chat length, temporary access to chat instance to access data, a full data export or backup even.

This is a very critical issue and any assistance in helping reach a reasonable resolution or to get access to an alternative support number/avenue is appreciated.

I don’t believe they want want to understand my issue fully or have even provided a human assessment or response.

Additionally, my chat instance is the part of the problem. My AI was unable to not reply in great detail even when instructed to shorten responses or simply reply with shortened phrases. Additionally, I can not edit and short my prior responses to get under the limit. This is not my fault entirely and I am looking for some empathy to provide a temporary increase in my limit or to tell me how to edit or delete selective responses of my own and my AI.

I want this issue truly escalated, not simply passed from on template reply to another. I thought you guys had a mission to improve Human-AI collaboration. I am on the cusp of creating something truly great and they won’t assist me in the least… it makes no sense.

I want them to HELP ME by not giving me special treatment but assist me in improving the platform. There is either laziness to truly assess issues, especially Pro subscribers, on a case-by case basis or they are being truly and deliberated short-sighted right now.
