but after that (Chat GPT4) didn’t work
Every month I pay 20$ but (Chat GPT 4) didn’t work

Your IP address likely got restricted, do you use VPN?
Try from different IP address see if that works

That said, you (and anyone else reading this) should be careful when using a VPN to access chat.openai.com.
If you’re using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions that can very quickly lead to your account being banned, resulting in a permanent loss of service.
Ok, give me another solution if you have one… I use the Chat GPT Plus and I pay money every month not for free. I have the right to use a Chat GPT plus.

As Belarusian, it’s quite obvious why Belarus is banned.
Because OpenAI devs are so “worried” about human rights in Belarus, which are violated by Lukashenko, and at same time getting all Belarusians isolated
Such a “smart” move from OpenAI. They’re just nothing at this point but idiots who think that a dictator would use ChatGPT of something
ive seen that message in my browser a couple times, because my desk has 5 computers on it.
im no net+ but, I think its something do with automatic spam control, or something.
But thats my perspective.
Two things,
- I would encourage you to please edit your post to be a little less hostile and more in line with the community standards here. I understand you are frustrated, and rightfully so. But no one here is responsible for the situation and no one here has any power to change the underlying situation or OpenAI’s response to it.
- I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of why OpenAI does not conduct business with people and companies within Belarus. Belarus is the subject of many US sanctions against both individuals and companies including many financial institutions. It would be illegal for OpenAI to conduct business with any sanctioned entity. And while OpenAI could in theory be more surgical in their approach to Belarus, it would require a great deal of effort and expense to do so. It also carries with it substantial risk of inadvertently violating the sanctions without any potential for commensurate reward. So, from a business perspective the only feasible choice is to not conduct business in countries which are the subject of US sanctions.
