Has anyone else encountered the same issue? We’re all having issues with chatgpt, moreso with the Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com. error message, and I don’t see CGPT Support reaching out to people to resolve this one perennial issue.
I know I won’t upgrade until this issue is resolved, else why paying for it?
Do not give them money under any circumstances. They provide no service or interaction of any kind. Any questions, requests, or complaints are simply ignored, but they never forget to bill your credit card multiple times.
I feel like i’m in a similar situation. I recently reached out to the OpenAI chat to request a Sora video, and i haven’t received a response as of February 17th. Is there anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?
