# Chat GPT doesn't work at all

When writing a question to ChatGPT, I always get the error message: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at [[help.openai.com](http://help.openai.com)]". Refreshing the page or clearing the cache doesn’t help. Also, it doesn’t greate a “new chat” tab.
