Same here - since 0700 GMT today across various devices, users and networks - OpenAI claims there is no incident!
I tested my agents now.
It seems it was resolved now.
Can you confirm on your side?
Is support absent from this service by the way?
I could never get to anyone in the company.
Morning Bruno - thank you for the heads-up! Just ran a few conversation starters relying heavily on stored pdfs in different GPTs - no error message yet (FINGERS CROSSED!!!) - so, confirmed! … and no, I found no way to reach out to support either.
And there it is again.
ChatGPT 4o can’t access files again.
Nor my GPT agents, nor my Workspace Projects.
