Chats will put themselves into folders automatically or manually created by user. Many people have many chats so for the bot to do it itself and then let the user sort them would be a time saver and great organization. I could also see folders being in archives chats to, an archived chat can be attached to a folder, only accessible through the archives section.
This could create a system that sorts chats rather by date, but by user choice a folder-can be either or.
