I am the admin of our subscription to ChatGPT Teams. I need to change the billing schedule of our Teams account from yearly to monthly, before it auto renews on saturday. I need this to happen today or I will be forced to cancel the Teams account entirely. But in “billing schedule”, when I click on “continue”, I don’t get prompted to the “confirm” pop up. It gets back to the account settings directly, and when I click again on “billing Schedule” it has not changed. I have already cleared the browser cache and cookies, the browser is chrome, and it’s updated.
I tried to change the billing schedule multiple times yesterday and today, in the CET timezone morning and afternoon and evening.
I got an answer from the chat saying they were experiencing a platform outage and the system should be working now, but I still have the same issue, can’t seem to change the billing schedule.
If I don’t manage this I will have to cancel the subscription and then re-subscribe to monthly: does anybody know if this make the users lose their data/chat history?
