# Change of License without notice

Hi there,

I cannot use 3.5 anymore which means that when I run out of messages I cannot use chat gpt at all and have to wait. I ran out of the limit for 4.0 and 4 mini and now? I am paying 23 Euros per month and cannot use it anymore now or have to wait? And its not that I dont want to save messages. But when I enter to much details in a prompt chat gpt becomes confused. Furthermore this is a change in legal terms withouth any prior notice to the immediate termination of the contract. You are obliged to inform your costumers about this change! Also, since I am using this for business cases, I will hold the company respinsoble for any income loss which may occur due to the changed terms of conditions. The behaviour of this company is awful and costumer unfriendly!

I don’t see where changing models is a breach of the ToS. Emphasis mine:

Edit:

There shouldn’t be any rate limits for the 4o-mini model for plus subscribers. Are you sure you picked the correct model?

> GPT-4o mini does not have limits on the Plus tier.
