Can't verify number; linked to maximum no. of accounts

While I’m signing up, I’m facing a phone verification issue. I had two accounts previously, but I deleted one a long time ago, and recently, one week ago, I deleted the other one. I have previously tried to verify the number; it said maximum accounts reached, so I contacted the Open AI help section last week. I received a response saying that with the new update, I can use my phone number again if I’ve deleted the other two accounts. But I’m unable to do that; it’s still showing the maximum number reached, although I do not have accounts on this platform anymore since I deleted it. I only use this single number. So please, any help?
