I’m reaching out because I’ve hit a bit of a snag with my OpenAI account. I’ve got a GPT Plus personal account, and a while back, I was added to my office’s Teams workspace. All’s well on the platform side over at platform - openai—I can hop between my personal and professional workspaces with no trouble. But when I’m in the chat at chat - openai, it’s a different story.
Everywhere I’ve looked online says to just click my name below the chat history to switch, but my screen just doesn’t show those options. It’s just my email and an upgrade prompt for Teams, which I don’t need since I’m already in my office’s workspace.
I’m scratching my head here, wondering why the switch option isn’t coming up in chat, and I’m hoping for some guidance on how to fix it.
Is this a bug ???
