I have a Mac Studio, brand new. I can’t log into chat app or the website using Chrome or Safari. I’ve just had a Mac update this morning. Help!

I’ve seen that you have posted two more posts here on the forum, but I think this may be related to yesterday’s incident involving elevated sign-in errors on macOS. It has been marked as resolved, although a few users are still reporting similar login problems.
Please make sure the ChatGPT app is fully updated and restart your Mac. You could also try another network, such as a mobile hotspot. If you still can’t sign in through either the app or browser, please contact OpenAI Support by emailing them support@openai.com so they can investigate further.
