Welcome to the Forum!
On the developer platform navigate to Settings (top right corner) > Organization > Billing > Billing history. Under the history you will find the past invoices for download.

but for me it does not work. I use the e-mail [my email] when I log into chatgpt and open ai - and of course with the same passwords.
But when I go into https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/history it says that “no invoices found” - how can that be?
@karstenonline: Are you looking for the invoices for your ChatGPT subscriptions or the invoices for your API usage?
If you have used the API but still see “no invoices found” there are a few possible reasons.
For instance, if you selected a Personal account or an Organization account the last time you accessed the billing section, the same account type will be displayed the next time you log in.
It’s possible that the account shown is the one that hasn’t incurred any charges yet.
The project name doesn’t affect the invoice contents, but since Personal and Organization accounts are billed separately, if you view the one that hasn’t used any credits, “no invoices found” will be displayed.

It demonstrates that the redirect destination differs depending on whether you last accessed it with a personal or organization account.
I cant access the Billing section. I have two paid accounts. I tried all the options… and there is not anymore. I need to print the invoices for accounting!!!
I tried also the link here… doesnt work, after login, no invoices.
The billing sesction for ChatGPT is gone and invoices can not be accessed any more.
Please bring back the menu item and provide us the invoices. Better yet: send them via email in the first place.
Subscription management in ChatGPT for a while was only found after clicking the “upgrade to teams” call-to-action at lower left. Pay attention to the little text in the dialog. Hard-refresh your browser to get the latest code, where “my plan” in the upper right personal menu should have returned.

The billing section is “easy enough” to find. Since I’m not allowed to post links I cannot link to it, but you go to a web addres like this:

However, this page doesn’t actually show all invoices. It shows only two year old invoices.
