Cant add funds to API account

It wont let me add funds, all it says is that there is an issue and to contact suppot. what do i do?

  • Through the chat interface, you can send a message to the support team.

For billing-related inquiries, use the chat widget on the Help Center page and select the “Billing” option. Include relevant details such as your account email, subscription start date, and any specific billing concerns.

If you prefer email communication, you can reach out to OpenAI’s support team at support@openai.com. However, using the Help Center’s chat interface is generally recommended for a more prompt response.

Billing is down it seems, there are a couple thread on this.

Hopefully OpenAI responds soon.
