Can't add credits to Codex

Codex Analytics page shows “You’re out of Codex and Work usage for now”

The “Add Credits” button does not redirect me to checkout. The button display the loading ring and then refresh the Codex Analytics page.

I am using Chrome 149.0.7827.199 on MacOS.

Thanks for reporting this, @YisenYix. That redirect loop is definitely frustrating.

Please try clearing the site cache and cookies, disabling extensions, and testing in an Incognito window or another browser.

If it still happens, email support@openai.com and attach a HAR file that captures the failed “Add Credits” attempt. Once the ticket is created, please share the case ID here.

Hi Mark, the add credits button worked in Safari. Thanks a lot for getting back to me.
