Can't access gptplus account - no one will answer any of my emails

I’ve been trying to access my chatgpt plus account that I recently signed up for (over 5 days ago) and can’t get into it. No one from openAI will respond to me. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do?

They are probably extremely busy with the rollout of all of the new features this week. Give it some more time or make another account.

what problem exactly are you crossing?

I signed up for chatgpt plus and I could access it initially, however, now I can’t access it at all and no one will get back to me about it. I’ve tried all the suggeststions ie. cache, new browser, incognito etc.

Oh, no. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

There are a few things we can try to help you get out of this.

Firstly, if you haven’t already, you can try using the mobile or desktop app. It might work, it might not, but it’s worth a try.

Then you could also try going to your OpenAI account at https://platform.openai.com/settings/profile/security and “log out of all devices”.

It might also help to toggle MFA on and off if you signed up using your Google, Microsoft or Apple Account. You can learn more about that at https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7967234-enabling-multi-factor-authentication-mfa-with-openai#h_488a963a1e.

If you need an MFA client, I use one called Ente, which is free.

Edit: I forgot to add my logic! I believe that if you manage to log out everywhere the system ought to let you log in again somewhere! There is one more idea I had, but let’s try this first. I believe it’s an OAuth issue.

i downloaded the app and mine works again. Wasnt working on web.

I’ve tried that and it still isn’t working :frowning: I’m glad yours is though. Its not showing my card details recorded in the app but have definite receipt of payment being taken. Any advice on that side of things?

That stinks , I don’t know what else you can do . What a shit show! I have a bunch of stuff on my phone app and non of it transfers over to the app on my computer . Like none of the history you would think for a system this smart that would be pretty easy. They have some things to fix for sure . Hopefully someone gets back to you.
